RULES AND REGULATION

A. DEBATE (Senior High School)

Terms and Conditions:

1.      The participants are Senior High School Students

2.      The participants must wear their school uniforms when competing and when they are within SMAN 1 Bogor’s property

3.      Participants registered to one competition cannot register to another

4.      Participants have to pay the registration fee

5.      Participants have to fill the registration form and the attachments given and submit them at the very latest on Saturday, April 26^th 2014. Those attachments are:

-          2 copies of student card, legalized by the school

-          3 x 4 photographs (2 pcs) with the participant’s name on the back side

-          A copy of the payment receipt

            *Please collect all registration form and attachments in one blue map (per   school)*

6.      The participants will compete in groups of 3 from the same school (composite teams are not allowed)

7.       Each school can be represented by a maximum of 2 groups

8.      The participants must do a re-registration on the D-day, before the competition begins

9.      Each group will be facilitated by a Liaison Officer (LO)

10.  Participants must attend the Technical Meeting on April 19^th 2014 with at least one person as a representative.

11.  If less than 6 groups are joining, the committee may cancel the competition (will be announced on the day of the Technical Meeting). Maximum number of groups is 16, if 16 have already registered, the registration will be closed

Competition Rules:

1.      The debate follows the rules of Asian Parliamentary Debate (enclosed)

2.      The motions will be launched on http://enthu-6.blogspot.com and some will be impromptus

3.      This competition consists of elimination round, semifinal and finals.

Prizes:

1.      - 1^st place winner: Rp 1.000.000,-, trophy and certificate

- 2^nd place winner: Rp 850.000,-, trophy and certificate

- 3^rd place winner: Rp 650.000,-, trophy and certificate

2.      All participants will receive a Certificate of Participation (on the closing of Enthusiastic Revolusix, 10^th of May 2014)

           

B. PRESENTATION (Junior and Senior High School)

Terms and Conditions:

1.      The participants are Junior and Senior High School Students (separated)

2.      The participants must wear their school uniforms when competing and when they are within SMAN 1 Bogor’s property

3.      Participants registered to one competition cannot register to another

4.      Participants have to pay the registration fee

5.      Participants have to fill the registration form and the attachments given and submit them at the very latest on Saturday, April 26^th 2014. Those attachments are:

-          2 copies of student card, legalized by the school

-          3 x 4 photographs (2 pcs) with the participant’s name on the back side

-          A copy of the payment receipt

            *Please collect all registration form and attachments in one blue map (per   school)*

6.      The participants will compete individually

7.      Each school can be represented by a maximum of 2 individuals

8.      The participants must do a re-registration on the D-day, before the competition begins

9.      Participants must attend the Technical Meeting on April 19^th 2014 with at least one person as a representative.

10.  The minimum number of participants is 6, if less than 6 committees may cancel the competition (will be announced on the day of the Technical Meeting). Maximum number of participants is 20 SHS and 20 JHS.

Competition Rules:

1.      The duration is 7-10 minutes. If the duration is less or more than the time given, there will be point reduction

2.      For the elimination round, participants should choose one of the topics given by the committee (will be posted on http://enthu-6.blogspot.com)

3.      The material may not contain items offending tribe, religion, race and specific groups. If so, the participant is disqualified

4.      Participants may present their materials in any form of presentation (poster, ppt, etc.).

5.      This competition only consists of elimination and final round

6.      The 5 contestants with the highest scores will proceed to the finals. The finalists and the topics for the final round will be posted on the blog on Sunday, 4^th of May 2014.

Scoring Criteria:

1.      Content (50%)

2.      Delivery (50%)

Prizes:

1.      - 1^st place winner: Rp 500.000,-, trophy and certificate

 - 2^nd place winner: Rp 350.000,-, trophy and certificate

 - 3^rd place winner: Rp 250.000,-, trophy and certificate

C. STORY TELLING (Junior High School)

Terms and Conditions:

1.      The participants are Junior High School Students

2.      The participants must wear their school uniforms when competing and when they are within SMAN 1 Bogor’s property

3.      Participants registered to one competition cannot register to another

4.      Participants have to pay the registration fee

5.      Participants have to fill the registration form and the attachments given on Saturday, April 26^th 2014. Those attachments are:

Competition Rules:

1.      Participants should prepare 2 stories. For the elimination round, choose a story based on the choices given by the committee on the blog http://enthu-6.blogspot.com. For the final round, participants will tell their originally made story.

2.      Participants must submit the story of their choice and their originally made stories to enthusiastic.revolusix@gmail.com by the very latest April 30^th 2014

3.      Costume, make-up and property are advised. Notes are not allowed.

4.      Duration: 7-10 minutes. If the duration is less or more than the time given, there will be point reduction.

5.      This competition consists of only elimination round and final round. The top 5 scores in the elimination round will proceed to the final round. The finalists will be posted on the blog on Sunday, 4^th of May 2014.

Scoring Criteria:

Elimination round:

1.      Matter (55%): Grammar 10% + Vocabulary 10% + Story Substances 25% + Pronunciation 10%

2.      Performance (45%): Interaction 10% + Intonation 10% + Expression 10% + Appearance 10% + Punctuality 5%

Final round:

1.      Originality (25%)

2.      Matter (40%): Grammar 10% + Vocabulary 5% + Story Substances 20% + Pronunciation 5%

3.      Performance (35%): Interaction 7% + Intonation 7% + Expression 7% + Appearance 7% + Punctuality 7%

Prizes:

1.         - 1^st place winner: Rp 400.000,-, trophy and certifica

  - 2^nd place winner: Rp 300.000,-, trophy and certificate 

  - 3^rd place winner: Rp 250.000,-, trophy and certificate
